During the pandemic, the Zoom class has been a tremendous help for my physical and mental well-being. It is exercise I can always count on. The weather doesn’t matter, and there is no concern about travel and parking to hold you back from participation. Hence no excuses!
By staying active everyday, I feel stronger and more flexible in mind and body. Both Steve and Dan have well-designed classes, with much thought to sequencing and levels of difficulty. Their advice has been right on concerning my minor strains and the proper positioning for relief. Thank you!
