Wellness

“What we do for ourselves is often more important than what medicine can offer us.”

Our Wellness portal aspires to educate and empower you so that you can take preventive measures towards improving your health. On our Wellness Blog you’ll find trustworthy articles from our coaches and wellness ambassadors in mind/body health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, with an emphasis on ancestral health principles. However, we don’t claim to have all the answers. We encourage our members to comment on our wellness posts and share their own experiences managing their health.

Getting help when you need it is crucial in building your resilience. For many people, using their own resources and the kinds of strategies that we suggest on our wellness page may be enough for building their resilience. But at times, an individual might get stuck or have difficulty making progress on the road to resilience. That’s why we’re offering two new health services.

Health Coaching

Health coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client to guide the client along their own journey towards better health. This means that a coach will support you in the goals you’ve set for yourself, starting right where you are. Have you ever made New Year’s resolutions and failed to keep them? Well, a coach can guide you through a goal setting process that’s appropriate for you, your lifestyle, your background, your environment, and your own learning style. Health coaching takes into consideration your whole wellbeing: fitness and nutrition, of course, but also your spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing.

Pain Management and Injury Rehab

Does an injury or chronic pain keep you from participating in recreational activities, exercise routines or just enjoying life more? If you’re dealing with an injury, or musculoskeletal pain, we can help rehab your injury, resolve your pain and get you back on your feet and enjoying life again. Our coaches can give you strategies, corrective exercises and mobility protocols to rehab your injury, desensitize your pain and improve the quality of your life. We offer encouragement and support while empowering you to take action and giving you the confidence to live life to the fullest.
